Basic Prices for Non Food Vendor Sites
$200 for a 10x10 space (10 ft. of exposure to public)
$225 for a 10x20 space (10 ft. of exposure to public and 20 ft. deep)
$250 for a 20x20 space (20 ft. of exposure to public and 20 ft. deep)
Discounts are available on spaces larger than 20x20.
All prices are for five days, Thursday - Monday.
Add $45 for each 5 ft. increment over the basic 20 ft. space size.
Add $15 per booth (any size booth) for each early arrival day prior to Thursday.
50% deposit reserves your space. Register Early to Avoid Disappointment!
In the event we are over-booked, the last vendors to send in their deposits will be the first on the list to be refunded (based upon the postmark on the original reservation envelope mailed to us).

You will be assigned a vending space when you arrive. Regular returning vendors will be placed as close as possible to their space the previous year. While every effort will be made, there is no guarantee of a specific vending space location.
Your check in day is based upon the information supplied by you on your reservation form. Check in occurs Monday - Thursday between 9am - 6pm only.
The dumpster is made available as a convenience only for vendors at our premium location. It is for daily household garbage only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The following items are not allowed in the dumpster. They must be taken with you when you leave the event. Do not put these materials in the dumptser: all cardboard box material, all packing and packaging material, all unwanted/discarded/broken merchandise, all refuse that is not normal daily household garbage. NO CARDBOARD.
Pets must be on a leash at all times. Please pick up your pet waste and dispose of properly. If we pick up your pet waste you may be asked to leave. Problems like barking, digging, pet waste, and aggressive behavior are cause for expulsion with no refund of booth fees. No sales of puppies, kittens or other animals are allowed!
GENERATOR NOISE AND FUMES
Generator noise/odor levels will be monitored. Please no late night generator use. Quiet time is from 10pm - 6am
No open fires/campfires. No charcoal grills. Propane grills and gas camp stoves only. Each vendor is required to have a fire extinguisher in their booth at all times as well as in your camping vehicle/campsite. Smokers must provide a suitable container for cigarette butts. A safe secure location will be provided for generaator fuel. No fuel is allowed within 25 ft. of a generator. The local fire marshal will perform random inspections and ticket violators.
To avoid being charged additional clean up fees, please leave your site the way you found it, free of all garbage and debris. Check your area for debris, including zip ties, price tags, cigarette butts, etc.
BE A RESPONSIBLE VENDOR
Any person selling items considered by the management to be unsafe or inappropriate will be removed from the property. No refund of booth fees. This includes unlawful sales of certain items to underage buyers. Please contact local law enforcement if you have any questions about your products. OUR PRIMARY GOAL IS TO PROVIDE A FAMILY FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE, AND TO ENSURE THAT ALL VISITORS ENJOY THEIR STAY AND HAVE A SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL WEEKEND.
